Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

To set you up for success, your first 12 months will involve leading a high-performing, cross-functional team of creatives, strategists, and digital experts across 15+ clients. The goal for this period is to gain hands-on experience across the agency and develop a deep understanding of our Theory of Growth and how it’s applied in practice. You will embed fundraising excellence into our delivery, through both your direct client work and by shaping how strategy is integrated across the agency. You’ll also play a key role in driving agency growth by delivering exceptional service, fostering strong client retention, and identifying opportunities for strategic expansion.
This evolution is intentional: by starting hands-on, embedded in delivery and client growth, you’ll gain deep insight into what drives success and scale. That foundation ensures your future leadership is grounded in lived experience, enabling you to shape strategy that’s not only visionary, but practical, scalable, and deeply connected to the work we do.
Beyond your first year, this role will step out of the day to day delivery, and evolve to take ownership of ntegrity’s fundraising strategy craft, defining best practice, leading capability development across the broader agency and all teams, ensuring our strategic work continues to set the benchmark for the sector. You’ll be instrumental in driving performance, innovation, and impact for Australia’s most purpose-driven organisations, while also representing ntegrity at external events across Australia and internationally.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by not-for-profit organisations. It can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, is full-time and will report to the CEO.

THIS ROLE WON’T BE A GOOD FIT IF:

  • You’re more experienced in executing campaign tactics than setting and guiding high-level strategic direction across teams.
  • You haven’t led agency teams or partnered with not-for-profit organisations to deliver strategic, measurable outcomes at scale.
  • You’re uncomfortable leading cross-functional teams or lack experience in coaching others to grow their craft and performance.

You don’t feel confident guiding teams to use data to inform strategy, forecast performance, or evaluate impact.

  • You find it challenging to oversee multiple complex clients or projects while maintaining a high standard of strategic delivery.

You prefer working autonomously and aren’t confident fostering collaboration, alignment, or a strong team culture.

  • You haven’t developed or led teams across a diverse mix of fundraising channels or donor engagement strategies.
  • You struggle to lead through ambiguity or change, and find it difficult to provide clarity and direction in evolving contexts.
