Job Description The role holder is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the GCC, overseeing a significant number of employees, and driving strategic plans, operational excellence, and solution delivery. The role holder is required to fulfil his/her role owning delivery of the holistic performance goals of the total business. The role holder is expected to bring outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills, providing strong leadership and delivery in support of the Organization’s Strategic Framework, working in close partnership with the different Market / Business Unit Leaders within the Organization spread across geographies, driving transformation initiatives. The role holder is responsible for setting and leading the GCC agenda & needs to be able to take both a strategic, holistic view across operations as well as being prepared to get more deeply involved in specific technical and business challenges.
