What You Will Do As Head of Academics Program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling think-cell’s academic programs worldwide. You will lead initiatives to grow adoption among students and professors, foster strategic partnerships with universities and business schools, and drive thought leadership in data-driven communication and presentation excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to maximize impact, define strategy, and ensure long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Academic Program Growth: Define and execute the academic program vision and strategy, institutionalize processes, and scale global adoption to maximize engagement from students and professors. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the academics team, set clear goals, and ensure alignment with long-term growth objectives. Stakeholder & Reporting Management: Partner with senior stakeholders including the CEO and investors, providing strategic guidance and reporting on progress. Go-to-Market: Marketing & Positioning: Oversee end-to-end academic marketing, define positioning and campaigns in close collaboration with commercial marketing teams. Thought Leadership: Co-develop teaching materials and thought leadership content on topics such as data storytelling and communication with professors and external partners. Partnership Development: Expand and manage collaborations with universities, business schools, and scaling partners globally. You will be great for this position if you have Minimum of 5 years of professional full-time experience, including proven team leadership. Strong strategic and analytical mindset with high execution discipline. Track record of driving projects end-to-end and delivering excellence. Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Management consulting-style slide-writing experience and/or think-cell user experience is a strong plus. Passion for academia and higher education (especially business schools) and data-driven communication. Prior background in management consulting or experience managing academic/educational programs.
