Level of Proficiency Required: Global Process Ownership (Accounts Payable and TEM process) SAP VIM and Concur System Expertise Leader of Leader position Procure to Pay Process and business knowledge Strong Project Management and Continuous improvement capabilities Operational Excellence Expertise in Controls and Compliance Responsibilities: Responsible and ownership of global end to end processes – Accounts Payable and TEM process for North America, Denmark (HQ), EMEA and India region. Core deliverables from Accounts Payable and TEM team– Invoice Process Registration, End to End Travel Expense Management, Expenditure cycle controls, Workflow Management, Reconciliations, Global vendor payment process, Month end close and reporting and driving several projects to standardize and optimize the service delivery. Accountable for end-to-end operations of the process (KPI’s, SLA’s, customer satisfaction & quality). As a process owner, responsible for setting the vision, purpose and governance of the process People Management and Leadership with strong operational manager competencies (Leader of Leader role) Hands-on experience and having a good understanding of the P2P process, interfaces with other processes, complexities, and opportunities for development. Finding ways to continuously optimize the operations and driving efficiencies through use of technology Responsible for driving Controls and Compliance, reviewing, and implementing risk mitigating measures and end to end ownership. Liaising with internal and external auditors to drive audit engagements, process, and outcomes. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the process outcome. Project management and driving change initiatives across the organisation and in the team. Standardize, Optimize and Digitize processes to One Global Standard Tasks include (not exhaustive) Daily operations - Operations and performance management (HQ, Americas, EMEA & APAC regions), service delivery, stakeholder management and customer satisfaction People Management & Leadership - Set direction, define business targets and development plans, coach, develop team members and build a collaborative team Resource Management – Create transparency, manage team competencies, utilize strengths, focus on efficiencies. Project Management – Drive global internal and cross functional projects across teams. Work closely with Sourcing and Procurement teams to drive improvements and set standards. Reporting and Analytics - Creation and enhancing dashboards and reports to management and using data & analytics tools as an enabler to enhance reporting. Internal Controls – Have a very high focus on controls and compliance, segregation of duties, Audits (Internal & external). Documentation - Ensure processes are well documented and updated in a timely manner. Qualifications and Work Experience Master's degree in Accounts / Finance (preferably CA) from reputable institutions 10 - 12 years of total work experience in financial domain and proficient knowledge of financial accounting 8 - 10 years of work experience in leading Shared Services operations teams, process transition and process optimization Strong MS office, Automation and BI skills Strong Data and Analytics competencies Working experience in SAP (S4 Hana preferred) and Concur Excellent P2P Process knowledge Personal / behavioral skills High standard of integrity High degree of Compliance and Risk Mindset Drive constructive, supportive and efficient collaboration Strong inter-personal and team management skills Adopt a long-term, strategically oriented mindset, while translating Novonesis Strategy into execution Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team Problem solving and Growth mindset Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders Analytical, systematic and structured; Ensures knowledge is built for the organization.
