To lead the strategy, transition, build, and delivery of our client’s captive Global Business Services function, repatriating services currently delivered externally and establishing a durable shared services organisation that supports Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and other enterprise functions.

• Working closely with executive leadership, this role will own the end-to-end transition, protect business continuity, embed operational excellence and digital transformation, and position GBS as a strategic value partner to the business.
