You’ll:

  • Lead distribution, fulfilment and logistics operations across multiple regions and sites.
  • Drive consistent standards across safety, service, compliance and operational performance.

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement and network optimisation opportunities.
  • Build capability and alignment across multi-site teams and external partners.

What you'll bring You’ll be an experienced distribution and logistics leader who is equally comfortable setting the strategy and getting close enough to the operation to understand what will make it better.

  • Strong experience across freight, carrier and 3PL management, including commercial, service and contract governance.
  • Experience working with WMS, WCS and automated warehouse environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and network optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong people leadership experience across multi-site teams, with the ability to coach, develop and bring people through change.
  • The ability to build strong partnerships across commercial, product and technology functions.
  • Experience strengthening supply chain resilience through forecasting, planning and risk management.
  • Confidence defining and managing operational KPIs and translating performance data into action.
  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence qualifications would be highly regarded.
