We are looking for a strong, business-driven Head of Global HR who sees HR as a lever for achieving business objectives. Role Overview Own and drive the full HR function across the company, with a clear focus on hiring top talent, improving execution, and building a high-performing organization. This role reports to the COO and works closely with senior leadership. Lead global recruiting — own the quality, speed, and outcomes of hiring Work closely with managers to upgrade teams, close gaps, and address underperformance when needed Align HR execution directly with business priorities Build and maintain a high-performance, accountable culture Lead and develop the HR team (local + global) Own core HR processes: lifecycle, performance, compensation, and workforce planning Ensure accurate, efficient payroll and HR operations Maintain full compliance across regions Partner with Finance on headcount planning and cost control Requirements Proven experience leading HR in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment Strong, hands-on recruiting experience with a track record of hiring high-quality talent Experience managing HR teams High ownership and execution ability — not just strategy Comfortable challenging managers and ability to communicate difficult messages in a professional, and constructive manner Solid understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll Fluent English Your Mission null Your Profile null Your Benefits null What you will gain null
