GetYourGuide is the place to book the best experiences in destinations across the globe. We are now searching for a Head of Influencer Marketing. This is a full-time role at our Berlin office.
As Head of Influencer Marketing, you will lead the development of a world-class influencer marketing capability. You will oversee a unified team responsible for driving both upper-funnel brand awareness, lower-funnel revenue growth and UGC content generation at scale through innovative influencer strategies.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead and develop the Influencer Marketing team, merging community management and influencer activation functions into a unified, high-performing unit.
  • Define and execute a full-funnel influencer marketing strategy that drives both brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Drive innovation in influencer marketing, experimenting with emerging platforms, formats, and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee the development of scalable systems for acquiring, onboarding, engaging, and monetizing a global community of creators.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers, fostering loyalty and alignment with GetYourGuide’s brand values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics) to integrate influencer-generated content into broader marketing campaigns and platforms.
  • Implement tools and processes to measure the impact of influencer campaigns, including incrementality studies, brand lift, reach, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Optimize the performance of influencer storefronts and affiliate programs to maximize revenue.
  • Scale influencer-generated content to be leveraged effectively across paid, owned, and earned media channels, as well as in our marketplace.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
