About the role The Global Head of Insurance is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing TWE's global insurance strategy across a complex multinational business. You will lead global insurance programs, risk financing, claims and captive management arrangements, while providing project advisory support on key business initiatives, transformation activities and M&A transactions. Partnering closely with senior leaders, brokers and insurers, you will deliver commercial outcomes, strengthen resilience and protect some of the world's most recognised luxury wine brands.
