JOB DESCRIPTION

Together with your five-member team in Amstetten, Austria, you will be the first point of contact for our global Doka organization when developing and implementing target group-specific marketing programs with business impact. In close cooperation with countries and product units, you and your team will develop professional creative campaigns for market launches, support the implementation and analyze the effectiveness. Furthermore, you are first marketing contact and consultant for our areas and countries and you directly reporting to Director Marketing.

Main tasks

  • Lead and development of the Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives team
  • Ensure professional creative development and execution of impactful marketing programs by your team, especially go-to-market programs and deliverables
  • Proactively drive and support the implementation of the corporate marketing strategy in the markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with group-wide key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, regional teams, and agency partners
  • Establish Marketing processes, standards and methods as well as best practice sharing across all regions
  • Responsibility, management as well as development of global marketing initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable marketing programs, demonstrating ownership and accountability for results
  • Successfully completed marketing or business studies
  • 10 years of professional experience in marketing or agency business, including 3 years in a leadership role, with a proven ability to address challenges constructively and foster effective problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and manage effectively across diverse teams, including conflict resolution and the ability to find fair compromises
  • Comprehensive understanding of regional market nuances and cultural sensitivities, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing conditions and new requirements
  • Mindset and ability to leverage digital technologies and AI to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and performance measurement tools to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Resilience and willingness to embrace challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Fluency in German and English is required
