Director of International Partnerships
Remote | Full-time | Salary Range: $3,000–$5,000+
Realiste is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and systematic leader to head the international development of our partnership network. As we expand into new markets, our goal is to establish partnerships with hundreds of agencies worldwide. If you excel at selling ideas, launching processes from scratch, and building scalable systems — we want to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are the right fit if you:

  • Are proactive and energetic, able to initiate dozens of new contacts daily, drive tasks to completion quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong sales skills, convincingly engaging partners from the first interaction, closing deals via Zoom, and effortlessly building trust with professional agencies around the globe.
  • Think systemically and strategically, capable of designing partner funnels, automating workflows, and scaling results through structured processes.
  • Have fluent English skills (C1+), with proven experience in international negotiations, deal-making, Zoom presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Are resilient to rejection, comfortable with thousands of cold outreach attempts to achieve hundreds of successful deals.
  • Are digitally savvy, proficient in CRM systems, Airtable, Notion, Excel, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and quick to master new tools (including Realiste Cloud).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • International B2B sales or partnership development within real estate: agencies, brokers, developers.
  • Deep understanding of real estate processes: deals, funnels, acquisition channels.
  • Experience launching partner networks (preferably 100+ partners), with a focus on scale and automation.
  • Expertise in entering international markets, understanding jurisdictional, cultural, and infrastructural nuances.
  • Practical experience in mass B2B outreach: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, automation, metrics, and conversion management.
Responsibilities
  • Personally onboard the first 20 strong international partners
  • Build and manage the system for attracting, supporting, and growing B2B partnerships
  • Oversee the sales funnel, automate processes, and expand the team as needed
  • Lead Realiste’s market entry and expansion tailored to local specifics
