Job Description You will lead Experian’s global workplace generative AI strategy and systems ecosystem, helping drive the next generation of employee productivity and AI-enabled ways of working across the enterprise. Beginning with ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude, this role will lead the expansion of workplace GenAI capabilities across the enterprise, with accountability for adoption, governance, operational scalability, and measurable business value realization. This leader will serve as the central point of coordination and strategic ownership for workplace GenAI capabilities across the enterprise, partnering closely with Legal, Privacy, Risk, Information Security, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to ensure responsible and scalable deployment aligned to Experian’s security, regulatory, operational, and business standards. Success in this role will require a strong balance of strategic thinking, executive influence, change leadership, operational execution, and GenAI platform understanding. You will report to the EVP, Enterprise Systems & Digital Workplace. This is a remote position with some travel expected to Experian offices globally. You’ll have opportunity to: Lead Experian’s global workplace GenAI strategy and evolving systems ecosystem, beginning with ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude and expanding into additional workplace GenAI capabilities over time. Serve as the global owner for workplace GenAI capabilities, with accountability for governance, operational oversight, adoption, scalability, and long-term value realization. Identify and evaluate emerging workplace GenAI capabilities, trends, and opportunities, translating innovation into practical enterprise value and productivity outcomes. Drive enterprise-wide adoption and behavioral change strategies to embed GenAI capabilities into everyday employee workflows across regions, functions, and personas. Define and measure success metrics related to adoption, engagement, productivity improvement, platform performance, and business value realization, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align on GenAI priorities, governance standards, operating models, and productivity objectives. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, Information Security, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to ensure responsible AI usage, regulated-data controls, access standards, and compliance with enterprise governance expectations. Manage the release lifecycle of evolving GenAI capabilities, including evaluation, governance review, rollout decisions, communications, and readiness coordination. Experience leading or supporting enterprise GenAI strategy, capability selection, adoption, governance, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives at scale. Experience driving workforce productivity, digital adoption, organizational change, or enterprise transformation initiatives across large global organizations. Experience owning, scaling, or governing enterprise systems, products, or transformational technology capabilities globally. Experience assessing technology capabilities, defining roadmaps, and influencing strategic decisions across complex enterprise environments. Experience operating effectively with executive and C-suite stakeholders and influencing cross-functional business and technology leadership teams. Experience with governance, legal, privacy, security, and risk considerations related to AI or enterprise technology systems. Strong communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or other enterprise GenAI platforms.
