YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Background You have extensive experience in workplace tech leadership, end-user computing, or IT operations in a global environment
  • Technical experience You’ve built large-scale enterprise automation setups and managed service levels, vendors, and complex global rollouts – and you have a keen passion for it
  • Leadership experience You are a hands-on leader with a strong ownership mindset and passion for employee experience and have successfully managed large global teams
  • Technology You know your way around Windows, macOS, MDMs, video conferencing, ITSM tools, and office networking and how to automate such setups at a global scale
  • Languages You are fluent in English, German is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Lead & Evolve Workplace Services You own and drive the global strategy for our workplace technology stack across 1,000+ global locations and manage a distributed team of over 50 engineers and support staff
  • Drive Service Excellence You define and exceed service level agreements for workplace deployments and support across time zones and continents – our global team counts on you
  • Global Onboarding & Offboarding You build automated, structured, high-quality, and secure processes for every joiner, mover, and leaver
  • Vendor Management & Procurement You negotiate with hardware/software vendors and manage the lifecycle of workplace tools globally
  • Empower Employee Productivity You enable teams with the right digital tools and listen, adapt, and continuously improve our workplace stack based on user feedback
