Your Responsibilities:

  • You work closely with the VP and C-suite to shape the strategy for the B2B Product Marketing department.
  • You lead the Product Marketing team.
  • You drive the international go-to-market strategy for highly complex AdTech products.
  • You take on ownership for positioning, differentiation, and messaging for the technical products - both internally and externally.
  • You bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring launches are well-coordinated, timely, and impactful.
  • You base your strategic decisions on research, data, and cross-functional input.

Your Profile:

  • Expert in B2B product marketing for software products.
  • Strong track record in go-to-market strategies, especially in the B2B software space.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, managing teams of 2 or more people.
  • Experience in cross-functional roles spanning product development, design, engineering, sales, and customer support.
  • Deep industry knowledge in the AdTech space.
  • Hands-on mentality supporting with operational tasks.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ideally, you’ve already strategically built a department from day one.
