Description

Solid understanding of how business activities are reflected in financial statements such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow Drive continuous improvement in the consolidation process through effective utilization and optimization of the consolidation system. Assess and recommend suitable technology upgrades or changes to ensure the consolidation system meets evolving business and reporting requirements. Strong ability to collaborate and build networks with stakeholders across Group Functions, Market Area, and Business Areas Proven leadership skills Strong IFRS Accounting knowledge including disclosure management Proven experience in finance or accounting, with a significant focus on Group Consolidation High integrity with a strong focus on compliance and the ability to foster a speak-up culture Academic education in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equal education Fluent in Swedish and English (speaking, reading, and writing) The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
