  • Define and implement transfer pricing policies and manage intercompany financing structures, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Lead the digitalization of financial operations, identifying and implementing tools to streamline processes and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage group-wide costs, optimizing cost structures and leveraging synergies across the group (e.g., centralized procurement of travel, accommodation, and software licenses).
  1. Business Partnering & Strategic Financial Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the top management team, providing ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead the development of business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy and driving the process from inception to completion.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, such as new market entries, joint ventures, and M&A activities.
  • Provide guidance on financing strategies for new subsidiaries and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the company’s investor, providing the necessary data and reporting and ensuring transparency in financial operations.
  1. Subsidiary Management & International Expansion
  • Manage financial processes across all subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Play a key role in the establishment and integration of new subsidiaries and joint ventures, including setting up financial structures and processes from the ground up.
  • Ensure that new entities are quickly and effectively aligned with group standards and practices.
  1. Leadership & Team Management
  • Provide disciplinary and professional leadership for the accounting and administration teams.
  • Ensure efficient handling of financial accounting tasks, including reporting, compliance, payroll, and cost control.
  • Oversee administrative operations, including procurement, facility management, and support services for the group.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Digitalization
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
  • Ensure that the group’s financial systems are fit for purpose and support future growth.
  • Foster a data-driven approach to financial decision-making by improving the availability and quality of financial information.
