On behalf of Twoday, we are looking for a Head of Group Finance to lead the consolidation and reporting function, shape the financial operating model and act as a key strategic partner to the Group CFO – at a company in the midst of an exciting and ambitious transformation journey. The role Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will take full management responsibility for an international Finance team of 34 – with eight direct reports – while overseeing outsourced finance operations in Norway and Finland. You will be the primary point of contact for external auditors and local authorities on all reporting matters. In addition, the role involves extensive interaction with functional leads across the Group (e.g. Head of P&C, COO etc.). Your mission: lead and develop the Group Finance function, define a clear vision for financial assurance and compliance and drive the organisation towards operating as one unified company. Twoday has grown through multiple acquisitions – and the ambition to consolidate is real. Your impact Play a central role in shaping and executing the finance transformation agenda, driving standardisation, scalability and continuous improvement across the organisation Take ownership of key finance-related projects and initiatives as part of the Group’s ongoing transformation journey, including optimisation and efficiency improvement efforts Act as a sparring partner to the Group CFO, providing financial analysis, insights and decision support Lead and optimise financial close and consolidation processes across subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate IFRS and local statutory reporting Drive monthly financial reporting and controlling for the Group, including delivering high-quality insights and materials for board-level presentations Oversee annual Group reporting, manage and coordinate external audit activities and collaborate with tax advisors to ensure jurisdictional compliance Lead technical accounting assessments related to complex transactions, including M&A activities and integration into Group reporting Establish and develop the overall SSC framework, ensuring an efficient and scalable shared services setup across entities Coordinate ESG reporting requirements and timelines across the Group Your profile Must-have: Master's degree in auditing, accounting or a related field Background as an auditor combined with several years of experience in financial leadership from an international setting Strong technical accounting toolbox with solid knowledge of group accounting, IFRS and intercompany accounting Proven experience structuring, building and driving processes as well as preparing and updating accounting policies Experience leading effectively both horizontally and vertically – comfortable being part of daily operations alongside your team Fluent in English. Nice-to-have: Experience from a consultancy or advisory firm Experience working in an HQ environment and collaborating with outsourced finance functions. Who you are You are detail-oriented yet always maintain sight of the bigger picture. You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and approach challenges with a proactive mindset – seeing opportunities where others see obstacles. You are structured, deadline-driven and quality-conscious. As a leader, you lead by example, manage effectively through middle managers and bring a strong service attitude to everything you do. You are a skilled communicator who builds relationships with ease across levels and functions – and you are equally comfortable in senior-level presentations. Above all, you are driven by creating tangible value for the business and are energised by the opportunity to build something that lasts. You proactively contribute beyond the finance function, acting as a business partner through insightful analysis, decision support and the identification and execution of improvement and optimisation initiatives across the organisation. Why Twoday? Real ownership: You are not stepping into a finished function – you are shaping it. From processes and systems to team culture and stakeholder relationships, you have the mandate to build the Group Finance function you envision.
