THEON INTERNATIONAL PLC, the group's parent company, has been listed in the EURONEXT stock market, allowing THEON GROUP to accelerate its growth and further future business development. www.theon.com Role Summary The Head of Group Financial Reporting will lead the Group's financial reporting and consolidation function, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS requirements. The role is responsible for managing a team of IFRS experts and supporting the Group's reporting obligations as an international and publicly listed organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the Group financial reporting and consolidation process across all subsidiaries and business units. Ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Oversee the preparation of annual reports, interim financial statements and other regulatory disclosures. Manage and develop a team of 3–4 IFRS Experts, providing technical guidance and leadership. Monitor new and amended IFRS standards and assess their impact on the Group. Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and advisors during statutory and group audits. Support the preparation of Board, Audit Committee and investor reporting materials. Maintain and improve internal controls, reporting processes and financial governance frameworks. Collaborate closely with Finance teams across the Group to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to consolidation systems, reporting tools and automation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA is highly preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience in Group Reporting, Consolidation, Audit or Accounting Advisory. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles. Experience within a multinational, industrial or publicly listed company environment is highly desirable. Previous people management experience, ideally leading teams of finance professionals or IFRS specialists. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and consolidation systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required.
