And do you have extensive experience in business finance or FP&A or business partnering or similar with a history of delivering results? Then we invite you to join COWI and shape the future of our finance organisation.

YOUR SKILLS. OUR TEAM. TOGETHER WE DESIGN THE FUTURE.

The first step to thriving in this role is that you are motivated to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues or partners. Developing ties with others is something you do naturally by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. On top of that, you likely have:

  • A master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis within a global organisation, with a demonstrated track record of effectively and collaboratively managing corporate-level financial processes.
  • Established proficiency in business partnering, effective strategic thinking and business acumen, and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Proven track record working with senior management and solid communication capabilities.
  • High initiative, personal motivation and ability to implement change.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial management and accounting principles, supported by a solid technical toolbox.
Responsibilities
  • Own and develop our value steering framework translating COWI’s strategy into a steering logic embedded in strategic and financial steering processes.
  • Provide input to and operationalise mid-term planning process.
  • Manage the target setting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across the group.
  • Optimise FP&A processes through automation, standardisation, best practices and tool implementation.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly business performance reviews to Executive Management and the Board, while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across COWI to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Business partner to Group CFO and CEO, delivering ad-hoc fact-based analyses and insights.
  • Develop and maintain group-wide performance dashboards and KPIs in collaboration with BI & Insights
  • Cultivate a culture of curiosity, transparency, and growth
