We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Head of Group IT (m/w/d)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure performance and security for our Group IT
• Identify and develop strategies in line with our organizational objectives and strategy
• Implement a wide technology infrastructure and work on Change management in the ERP environment
• Lead an efficient IT organization with optimum results in a cost-efficient way with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and design information management processes to meet group internal and external needs (Digital Transformation)
• Define an IT security road map and guide the business towards an IT security strategy
• Manage major IT, business initiatives and business applications, coordinate local IT-Infrastucture staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed studies in information technology or similar
• At least 5 years of senior management experience in IT (at the Director level) for a similarly sized organization
• Profound knowledge in SAP HANA
• Act as a trusted adviser to develop a clear understanding of business needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to partner proactively
• Fluent in English and German
