Effective immediately we are looking for a new Head of Group R&D Controlling for Processes/Methods/Tools and Consolidation to join our diverse TRATON Group Industrial Functions Finance Team. JOB DESCRIPTION

In the role as Head of Group R&D Controlling Processes/Methods/Tools and Consolidation you will be part of Group R&D Controlling and work cross-functional with different teams at TRATON, at the local R&D entities and the brands. You are together responsible to plan, steer and report Group R&D financials.
To ensure that you will:
/ Contribute to the strategic development and financial planning/steering of Group R&D
/ Drive cross-brand standardization and optimization of processes, methods & tools and consolidation
/ Secure Group R&D performance and financial target realization by consequent implementation of PDCA cycle
/ Act as finance business partner for Group R&D and Group Product Management, as well as for other Finance-Functions (e.g. Area Controlling)
/ Establish the consolidated perspective on all R&D relevant financial KPIs
/ Enable and build up a strong Group Finance team to secure a high-quality and cross-brand collaboration

YOUR SKILLS

/ Proven track record in leading teams & competence in intercultural personnel management
/ Experience in working and collaborating in a global setup
/ High level of entrepreneurial competence and cost awareness
/ Willingness to travel on a regular basis to our brand locations with strong social & English communication skills
