ContiTech continues to sharpen its industry focus and is undergoing a substantial transformation with the planned sale of the group sector. Hence, the Head of Group Tax ContiTech is requested to set up and shape a dedicated, lean and stand-alone tax function for ContiTech with strong support of Continental’s existing Group Function Tax and the ContiTech Management Team. The position will be responsible for the comprehensive tax strategy and management of the company on a global level. It includes leading the domestic tax department as well as providing professional leadership and guidelines to international tax teams. The Head of Group Tax ContiTech reports directly to the CFO and works closely with other departments and international teams to ensure a consistent and compliant tax policy.
