About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Head to lead and drive growth marketing strategies across our products and mobile app. This role partners closely with business units to design and execute initiatives that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and transactions (e.g., loans, payments and investments). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital adoption while ensuring product growth across assigned products. Responsibilities Growth and Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with business units to design and implement marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention. Develop strategies to increase active user base and drive transaction frequency for key products. Digital Adoption: Lead digital adoption efforts for the mobile app and specific products, driving installs, registrations, and sustained usage. Identify and address barriers to digital engagement, tailoring initiatives for different customer segments. Campaign Execution: Oversee performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs. Leverage data insights to optimize acquisition and engagement efforts across channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps. Act as a bridge between marketing and operations to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance. Generate insights to inform future strategies and enhance ROI. Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or digital-first companies. Proven success in growing digital products or financial services offerings. Previous business experience in lending products, investment products, or payment products Previous roles in product management, marketing, business development, or sales management. Hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, or digital adoption initiatives.
