We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Growth (Sales) to lead our revenue growth in the US market and scale our business to the next level!

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth-focused roles, ideally within e-commerce, print-on-demand (POD), or DTC businesses in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and DTC supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms including PPC (Meta, Google, etc.), social media advertising, and SEO.
  • Proven success in project planning, implementation, and management of stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and capitalize on high-growth opportunities including new product launches, marketing channels, and customer segments in the US market.
  • Drive growth across multiple channels, including paid ads, organic sales, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and referral marketing.
  • Establish strategic partnerships (marketing, product, sourcing) to drive growth.
  • Design and execute strategies to optimize sales funnels, improve user acquisition, and maximize retention and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product development and pricing.
  • Explore and test innovative revenue channels such as upsells, cross-sells, loyalty programs, and subscription models.
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine customer segmentation, improve targeting, and drive campaign performance.
