And now, we’re looking for a Head of Growth who gets excited (borderline emotional) about CAC dropping and inbound leads exploding. The Role We want someone who can build, scale, and lead acquisition on both sides of our marketplace: B2C - bringing job seekers into the ecosystem B2B - generating qualified inbound leads from companies hiring You’ll lead our growth team from day 1, redesign funnels, break things, fix things, run experiments, track everything, and basically treat growth like a sport. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end acquisition for both job seekers and hiring companies Build and scale omni-channel growth strategies across paid, organic, partnerships, product-led loops, and automation Lead a multi-functional growth team (performance marketing, content, SEO, automation) from day 1 Build and optimize funnels for: Job seeker activation B2B inbound (MQL → SQL → Demo → Revenue) Run experiments weekly: landing pages, ads, onboarding flows, messaging, pricing — everything is testable Implement automation across acquisition, nurturing, and conversion funnels Drive deep tracking & analytics (you must love data more than comfortable amounts) Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to turn insights → experiments → wins Build scalable playbooks for international growth Reduce CAC like it’s your personal vendetta Increase revenue, conversion rates, and growth flywheels that compound over time Bring energy, speed, ownership, creativity, and a “let’s build big” attitude every day Your KPIs CAC (Candidates) CAC (Clients) Inbound lead volume & quality MQL → SQL → Demo conversion Revenue growth Organic traffic growth If these scare you, this isn’t your role. Who You Are 5–10 years in growth, performance marketing, user acquisition, or marketplace growth Have built and scaled acquisition funnels in high-growth digital platforms Proven experience reducing CAC, increasing revenue, and experimenting relentlessly Strong understanding of B2B funnels and conversion optimization Have led or trained teams in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments Expert at multi-channel growth: paid, SEO, content, automation, email, social, community, partnerships Obsessed with numbers, experiments, hypotheses, insights, dashboards Action-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect data Thinks like an owner.
