Description

ABOUT US

At United for Care, we empower people with disability to live independently and thrive in their communities. We provide a range of NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) in modern apartment-style home, In-home support, and Community participation programs.
This role is based 2 days per week in our Sydney CBD office (close to Town Hall, Central, and Museum stations), with the rest of the week spent on the road meeting stakeholders and driving growth.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Growth to lead our next phase of national growth across NDIS core supports, plan management, mainstream services, and in-home care.
This is not just a leadership role, you’ll be hands-on, driving your own growth targets while coaching a high-performing business development team. You’ll shape our expansion strategy, lead the development of new markets and partnerships, and help define our positioning in the NDIS ecosystem. You’ll work closely with execs and collaborate cross-functionally with service delivery, tech, finance, and marketing.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business, and a key part of our executive team.

  • Lead national growth strategy across UFC and contribute to broader Seek Lifestyle Group initiatives
  • Build and lead a lean, high-performance business development team (currently 4 direct reports)
  • Drive revenue growth through referral networks, partnerships, B2B relationships, and digital lead-gen
  • Strengthen UFC’s presence with Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee UFC’s brand refresh, market positioning, and value proposition
  • Expand UFC’s footprint into new territories (e.g. QLD, SA, regional NSW)
  • Use sales, marketing, and retention data to optimise decision-making and team performance
  • Report regularly to senior executives and board on growth performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Tech, Ops, and Service Delivery to scale customer experience and retention strategies
