This isn't just a traditional sales leadership role; it is a "founder-within-a-company" opportunity. You will build and scale the GTM strategy for our non-EB business, turning a high-potential portfolio into a dominant market force. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive Revenue & Market Share: Relentlessly pursue and secure high-value corporate accounts. You will personally lead high-stakes negotiations and foster relationships with C-suite executives, CFOs, and Risk Officers. * Build a High-Octane Team: Mentor, and inspire a world-class team of sales professionals and account managers. Foster a culture of extreme ownership, psychological safety, and high performance. * Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Plum’s core EB sales teams to seamlessly cross-sell Non-EB products into our massive, existing corporate client base. * Product & Underwriting Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with insurance underwriters and our internal product teams to co-create tech-driven, customized risk solutions that disrupt traditional, clunky corporate insurance buying.
