The difference you'll make You’ll own top-of-funnel demand generation, community, and mid-funnel qualification for Mana. This is a hands-on, maker/manager role – someone who can design strategy and get into the trenches to run webinars, build on-demand training, create viral distribution loops, and build an engaged educator & operator community that meaningfully feeds pipeline and sales. What you'll do Top-of-Funnel / Demand Gen Run our “educate → add value → convert” engine. Deliver high-frequency webinars, core content and on-demand training. Create shareable certificates/badges. Scale distribution across email, social, partners and selective paid. Community & Events Own community channels (Slack/WhatsApp): activation + engagement. Run meetups, quarterly leader events and an annual celebration. Build self-sustaining community loops (peers, speakers, chapters). Viral Loops Build viral loops (webinar → referral, certificate → share). Test hooks and incentives to grow organic reach. Mid-Funnel / Nurture Define qualification metrics and build nurture flows. Work with Sales to convert webinar → MQL → SQL. Measurement & Ops Own key funnel metrics and lead quality. Build reliable attribution + reporting. Run experiments and double down on what works. Cross-Functional Partner with Product, Sales + CS to fuel adoption. Turn sector insights into campaigns that cut through. What we're looking for 5–10+ years’ experience in growth, demand gen or community in SaaS/high-growth environments. Equally comfortable hosting webinars and building the funnel automation behind them. Natural community-builder: warm, energetic, and great at sparking conversation. Analytical + scrappy: metrics-driven, experimental and resourceful. Experience building communities or training programs (Slack/WhatsApp/meetups/cohort courses). Curious about early childhood education and open to mastering a nuanced sector. You bring personality: good humour, hustle and the ability to switch between everyday simple copy and strategic initiatives or running events as needed. Nice to Haves Experience in early childhood education, EdTech or vocational training. Exposure to PLG (product-led growth) or high-frequency content engines. A track record of creating viral or referral-driven mechanics.
