Intro MONDRIAN:LABS operates two distinct beauty brands: SHYNE and Pomélo+Co.. Each with a loyal D2C customer base and growing B2B partnerships across Europe, including DM, Rossmann, Boots, and Bipa. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth to lead revenue growth across SHYNE and Pomélo+Co. You will own growth across DTC and Retail, combining performance marketing, creator communities and CRM, to help build one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer brands. You will lead and develop a team across Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, and CRM, while building a world-class growth organization. Your mission Lead performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms. Manage budget allocation, creative testing, and scaling decisions. Build and scale a creator community of micro-influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates. Develop community-led growth programs that turns micro influencers into long-term brand advocates. Build a high-performing creative engine across paid, organic, and creator content. Optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, with retention and repeat purchase as key growth levers. Own reporting, forecasting, and key business metrics including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback period. Your profile 5+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, including leadership responsibility. Proven experience scaling a consumer brand from early traction to meaningful revenue. Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, attribution, and measurement. Strong understanding of retention, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing. Experience building creator, ambassador, affiliate, or community-led growth programs. Experience leading and developing cross-functional growth teams. Commercially minded and highly analytical. Professional level in English. German is a big plus.
