Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to spearhead Final’s market expansion. You’ll be developing and executing our growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and scaling our customer acquisition efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics. Bonus points if you have been involved with startups!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead and optimize our marketing and sales funnels, leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and core coding teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Experiment with new channels, tactics, and campaigns to discover scalable growth engines.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, constantly seeking ways to improve performance.
