JOB SUMMARY

Freedx is seeking an ambitious and data-driven Head of Growth to lead the development and execution of growth strategies across all stages of the user lifecycle. This role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion, ensuring Freedx becomes a top choice for traders globally. The Head of Growth will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale our growth engine and achieve measurable, sustainable results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in growth, marketing, or product-led growth roles, with at least 4 years in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field. MBA or advanced certifications in growth/analytics are a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, affiliates, influencers, communities).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, SQL) and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of scaling user bases and improving retention in competitive markets.
