Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: HEAD OF GROWTH & GTM

Creators is CrowdRiff’s fastest growing solution over the past two years. Our creators have delivered 14,000+ shoots to date, capturing authentic, high quality video content for DMOs across North America. More recently, Creators has also delivered strong results for agencies, hotels, OTAs, and attractions, showing clear demand beyond our core market.
We are now looking for a Head of Growth & GTM to stand up the go-to-market motion that expands Creators into these new verticals. This is a zero to one role: you will define the personas, buyer journeys, and pain points in industries like agencies, OTAs, hotel groups, and attractions, and then craft the positioning, messaging, and GTM playbook that breaks us into those markets.
Although this is a growth role, we are looking for someone with exceptional strength in product marketing. You will have access to the full funnel including demand generation, content, outbound, sales, and GTM engineering, which means you will not only define strategy but also test hypotheses in market, learn quickly, and scale what works. At the same time, you will support our established DMO business with excellent brand and product marketing, ensuring it remains strong while you lead expansion into new verticals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:



    • Rapidly identify and prioritize new markets by testing assumptions in industries like agencies, OTAs, hotels, and attractions, and quickly zeroing in on what drives adoption

    • Build and refine positioning, messaging, and packaging in market, using experiments and real customer feedback to iterate fast and find what resonates
    • Translate positioning into campaigns, outbound plays, and sales motions, then deploy them full funnel to generate pipeline and learn from results
    • Design and test GTM hypotheses by rapidly translating positioning into campaigns, outbound plays, or sales motions, then testing them full funnel to generate signal and pipeline
    • Lead a cross functional GTM team: Demand Generation Manager – campaign strategy and execution, Social Media Manager – brand narrative, content, and community,Account Executive – sales conversations and deal closing, GTM Engineer – integrations, data flows, and marketing infrastructure,Outsourced BDRs – outbound opportunity generation
    • Measure and iterate by establishing clear KPIs and running experiments to quickly learn what works, doubling down on winning motions and pivoting where needed
    • Support DMO go to market team with brand and product marketing expertise
    • Represent CrowdRiff externally by joining prospect conversations, attending industry events, and occasionally speaking on stage to evangelize Creators
