Eucalyptus exists to bring: clinical precision ethical prescribing affordable access zero shame, zero judgement care Our mission is simple: Help people enjoy the next 30–40 years of life with true health, vitality, and confidence. 🌿 About the Role: Marketing Lead, Japan We’re looking for a bold, strategic Marketing Leader to accelerate one of Eucalyptus’ fastest-growing brands in Japan. You will own: full-funnel marketing (brand → performance → lifecycle → creative) a team of 2–5 an eight-figure USD annual budget the mission to scale from 1,000 → 50,000 patients per month by 2026 You will: Drive the full marketing strategy across creative, performance, PR, CRM and brand Manage capital allocation and optimise acquisition cost at scale Build and lead a high-performing local team Deliver trusted, culturally resonant messaging for Japanese consumers Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Clinical teams Report directly to the General Manager Japan, with support from global functional leads 🌿 Who You Are Experience 10+ years in high-growth marketing (agency or D2C/e-commerce) Deep understanding of Japanese consumer behaviour Strong leadership experience — growing teams, coaching talent, setting performance standards Confident directing creative that stands out in a conservative market Strong analytical, operational and financial skills Fluent, clear communicator (Japanese essential; English a plus) Mindset Ownership mentality — you lead the mission, not just tasks Ambitious and impact-driven — energised by big, meaningful goals Calm under pressure — thrives in fast, high-growth environments Curious, reflective, and data-driven Creative yet rigorous — unafraid to push boundaries responsibly 🌿 Why Join Eucalyptus?
