Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Head of Growth Marketing at Taxfix is responsible for driving efficient and effective growth across user acquisition channels and cross-departmental initiatives. This role leads the performance marketing strategy, oversees a significant budget, and collaborates cross-functionally to build a robust, data-driven marketing framework optimized towards efficient growth.
As a key leader, this individual will guide a high-impact team to optimize marketing investments, drive measurement innovation, and implement new innovative acquisition strategies that drive sustainable growth and achieve revenue targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize the majority of our marketing budget with the goal to maximise the generated revenue inside CLV:CAC ratio constraints.
  • Lead and improve daily, weekly, and monthly marketing decision-making processes, optimizing channel performance and budget allocation in collaboration with our marketing analytics team.
  • Together with marketing analytics and MarTech teams, iterate and develop our marketing measurement framework and tech stack, improving decision-making and channel optimization.
  • Redefine our user acquisition operating model with a focus on ROAS improvement through an improved channel mix, robust processes, and enhanced tooling.
  • Identify and validate new acquisition opportunities and establish and drive a structured experimentation framework, facilitating rapid and quality-driven testing cycles for channels and performance creatives.
  • Collaborate with MarTech to identify, evaluate, and implement sophisticated technical opportunities that drive operational efficiencies, growth and strategic advantages.(workflow automation, AI agents, web2app, value based bidding, conversion tracking…).
  • Work closely with product and product marketing functions to ensure product development and go-to-market reflect acquisition realities and needs.
  • Develop, and mentor a team of high-performing individuals, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, follow-through and a strong drive to challenge the status quo.
