We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing reporting directly into our CMO (Sr. Director level). In this role you’ll own our biggest opportunity as a company: growing our top of funnel, while making sure it converts to revenue. We recently shared our new positioning with the world, and have the foundations in place to scale the number of companies using Front. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of growth strategies to make it happen. That includes owning both our self-serve motion, and our sales-led motion. If you’re interested in our space, like working on exciting challenges with smart people, this role might be a great one for you.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

  • Have 10+ years of growth and demand generation experience, with people management experience, including managing managers.
  • Have successfully driven growth in both self-serve and enterprise sales-led models—ideally at startups and scaleups with $100–$500M ARR.
  • Understand the full marketing funnel, with deep expertise in inbound and outbound acquisition, conversion rate optimization, CAC/LTV modeling, and funnel velocity.
  • Have strong analytical skills and are confident making decisions using data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web analytics).
  • Led international expansion efforts, particularly in the EMEA region.
  • Are energized by working cross-functionally across GTM teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops) and enjoy translating strategic goals into measurable plans.
Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Own pipeline growth for our sales-led motion, partnering closely with Sales leadership to align on strategy and execution.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies to reimagine modern growth marketing and bring innovation into our campaigns, funnels, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to develop full-funnel campaigns tailored to high-impact personas and segments.
  • Analyze growth performance across all channels, identifying key drivers, opportunities, and ROI by segment and stage.
  • Own performance reporting, regularly presenting results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead our self-serve product motion in close collaboration with Product, ensuring seamless alignment across acquisition, activation, and monetization.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing growth team, including demand generation, paid acquisition, outbound campaigns, events, and lifecycle marketing.
