We’re looking for an ambitious and strategic Head of Growth Marketing to join our marketing leadership team. As we double down on our “AI - Game One” strategy, your mission will be to own and execute our overall customer acquisition strategy, driving exponential growth by attracting and retaining high-value users. You will lead and empower our teams across Performance Marketing and Lifecycle to build a world-class, data-driven acquisition engine that not only brings users in, but activates and engages them for the long term. This is a crucial role that connects brand, product, and sales to fuel our market leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:



    • Proven Leadership: A proven track record of successfully scaling a B2B SaaS business through customer acquisition, managing and mentoring high-performing teams.

    • Strategic Growth Experience: Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and optimizing campaigns across both paid and organic channels to achieve ambitious growth targets.
    • Product-Led Growth (PLG) Expertise: A strong understanding of product-led growth principles and experience driving conversion and engagement within a product-led model.
    • Holistic Funnel Knowledge: Proven knowledge of acquisition channels and expertise in lifecycle marketing, including email, in-app messaging, and customer segmentation.
    • Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent marketing initiatives to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
    • Analytical Mindset: Strong experimental and analytical skills, with a focus on leveraging data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

    Responsibilities
    • Define and Own Strategy: Develop and lead our holistic acquisition strategy, including setting ambitious growth targets, managing a multi-million dollar budget, and owning the entire funnel from lead to customer.
    • Lead and Mentor: Manage and provide strategic guidance to the leads of Performance Marketing and Lifecycle, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Drive Strategic Growth: Partner closely with other marketing leaders and teams across Make to ensure a cohesive approach to all acquisition and retention activities.
    • Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to identify opportunities for improvement in customer acquisition and engagement, ensuring robust reporting and a deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavior.
    • Build a Scalable Acquisition Engine: Within the first six months, unify our Performance and Lifecycle teams into a cohesive, data-driven acquisition engine with a clear metrics framework and a roadmap for scalable, cross-channel growth.
    • Elevate Onboarding and Activation: Partner with Product and Product Marketing to improve the trial-to-paid conversion rate and increase user retention by optimizing our onboarding flows and in-product engagement journeys.
    • Manage Tech Stack: Act as the subject matter expert for our acquisition and marketing automation tooling, advocating for and implementing technology solutions that are appropriate for our scale and ambitions.
