Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly technical Head of Digital Marketing with deep expertise across a broad spectrum of digital channels and marketing automation. You will lead the charge in acquiring, retaining, and activating users through owned, earned, and paid strategies—leveraging data, tools, and systems to scale growth efficiently. This is not a role for a pure performance marketer: we’re looking for a full-stack digital growth operator who thrives in experimentation, automation, and product-led thinking.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and our country teams, to drive scalable and sustainable growth across our portfolio of pet platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You will be overall responsible for our digital marketing - this includes both paid and free online communication.
  • Own and evolve our full digital marketing stack, from lifecycle and retention flows to performance marketing and funnel experimentation.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Product teams to deliver automated, data-driven experiences across email, push, and in-product channels.
  • Manage paid acquisition (Google Search, Meta) as part of a broader, diversified growth strategy.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel user journeys across buyer and seller segments.
  • Champion experimentation: test, measure, and iterate on campaigns, funnels, and messaging across geographies.
  • Leverage tools such as Amplitude and our data warehouse to orchestrate and measure marketing impact.
