WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?

  • Proven professional experience in a growth marketing leadership role in B2B and SaaS settings.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through performance marketing.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest open-source trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
  • Experience in high-velocity and A/B testing, deliverability, and iteration cycles.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot marketing suite and workflows is a must-have.
  • A solid understanding of the Java-Spring developer ecosystem.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex tech concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work in European and US time zones, with a preference for working from our HQ in Turku, our office in Berlin, Germany, or remotely from Europe.
Responsibilities

HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING ROLE

As the Head of Growth Marketing at Vaadin, your primary focus is to lead our marketing strategies to assist developers in discovering and using Vaadin, while also aiding decision-makers in selecting us as their technology solution. You’ll be leading a three-person team to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention. We are looking for an analytically driven professional with a focus on optimizing our funnel performance through experimentation.
You will collaborate closely with the product team, sales, and other departments to ensure a seamless user experience and alignment across all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for lead generation, user and customer acquisition and retention via various channels.
  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase conversion rates.
  • Use data analytics to monitor key metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify trends for data-driven recommendations and informed decision-making.
  • Enhance landing pages, website design, and user flows for higher user interaction and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify what resonates best with our target audience.
  • Employ tactics to reduce churn and boost customer lifetime value.
  • Develop a content strategy (blog posts, videos, webinars) to establish Vaadin as an industry leader.
  • Optimize content for better organic search visibility.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using insights for precise decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for marketing innovation.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
  • Share insights and collaborate with the leadership team on strategies to drive overall business growth.
