About the Role We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who can make Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) as essential as SEO in every boardroom. You'll own both enterprise pipeline generation and market education, turning our category-defining product into the movement that reshapes how companies think about AI search visibility. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll build revenue systems that compound while simultaneously making noise in the market. We need someone who can bring in enterprise deals worth $50K+ while also shipping viral LinkedIn posts about AI search optimization. What You'll Do Drive Enterprise Revenue (70%) Own pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise segments ($25K-$100K ACVs) Build and optimize ABM programs targeting Fortune 500 decision-makers Create sales enablement materials that help AEs articulate GEO's ROI Design and execute account-based campaigns for strategic accounts Scale paid ads across Google, LinkedIn with positive ROI Create Category Awareness (30%) Make Writesonic synonymous with AI search optimization through thought leadership Host weekly webinars with industry leaders on AI search trends Build presence in SEO/CMO communities and industry events Ship daily experiments in public, sharing wins and failures Host weekly webinars with industry leaders Build Growth Infrastructure Implement attribution systems that track AI-driven conversions Design automated nurture sequences for PLG and SLG motions Create dashboards that measure visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity Build repeatable playbooks for both self-serve and enterprise acquisition What We're Looking For Must-Have Experience Scaled a B2B SaaS company from $5M to $20M+ ARR Proven track record generating enterprise pipeline ($20K+ ACVs) Built marketing function at Series A/B company Active LinkedIn presence with 10K+ followers and regular engagement Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools Existing network of top CMOs and marketing leaders Built and optimized paid campaigns ($100K+ monthly spend) Technical Skills Can build basic automations and use AI Understanding of SEO/SEM and how it translates to AI search Ability to run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels Builder Mentality Ships experiments weekly, not quarterly Shows actual things you've built, not just managed Comfortable creating content, running webinars, and speaking at events Can execute while building a team simultaneously Why This Role Matters You're not joining to optimize existing funnels.
