This senior role focuses on delivering the initiatives that drive sustainable growth, from strategic projects through to go‑to‑market execution with clear accountability for outcomes. You’ll work closely with executive leaders across the business to ensure priority initiatives are scoped, delivered and landed well in market, with a strong focus on profitable growth, channel performance and broker and customer experience. * Lead end‑to‑end delivery of priority growth initiatives across Mortgages and Commercial * Translate strategy into clear business cases, delivery plans and measurable outcomes * Drive cross‑functional execution across Product, Credit, Technology, Operations, Distribution and Finance * Own go‑to‑market delivery for product launches and major releases * Ensure frontline, broker and partner readiness through clear value propositions, communications and enablement * Provide concise, transparent updates to senior leaders on progress, risks and benefits realisation About you You’re a commercially minded delivery leader who knows how to make complex initiatives happen. You bring a strong understanding of mortgage lending and distribution, and you’re comfortable operating at pace in a senior, highly visible role. You combine structure with pragmatism, influence with clarity, and a strong bias for outcomes. You’re trusted by senior stakeholders, confident leading without authority, and focused on delivering results that genuinely improve performance and experience. * Proven experience delivering complex, end‑to‑end strategic initiatives in financial services * Strong understanding of mortgage lending products and distribution models * Hands‑on experience leading go‑to‑market execution and product launches * Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross‑functional teams * Commercial judgement and a clear focus on growth, performance and experience outcomes * Clear, confident communication style and strong executive presence * A collaborative, accountable approach that reflects Pepper Money’s Can Do, Balanced and Real values At Pepper Money, collaboration is just as vital as your skills.
