Job Description    * Own and deliver overall revenue, P&L, margin, and transaction volume targets through a clearly defined multi-segment growth strategy. * Design and execute annual and monthly growth plans aligned with business priorities and market opportunities. * Lead customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention programs to sustainably grow MAU/DAU and improve cohort health. * Drive customer monetization strategies through pricing, usage stimulation, and value-added propositions. * Scale merchant acceptance networks across QR, POS, and eCommerce using category-specific playbooks (grocery, fuel, pharma, F&B, online). * Build, expand, and optimize the agent network (where applicable) to support cash-in/out, assisted onboarding, and last-mile trust. * Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to translate product roadmaps into revenue through strong GTM and sales enablement. * Lead commercial partnerships and ecosystem development with banks, telcos, utilities, and government entities. * Negotiate and manage commercial terms including revenue share, pricing models, co-investment, and joint business plans. * Build and lead a high-performing commercial organization, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, ethical growth, and continuous improvement. Academic Qualification * Bachelor’s in Business/Finance from a reputed university Job Experience Required * 12+ years of experience with at least 4-5 years in DFS/Payments/Wallets and 4-5 years Telecom. Required Capabilities * Proven leadership experience managing Project Management, Sales, and Commercial teams in successful Telecoms, FinTech, and digital payment start-ups. * Deep understanding of digital wallets, mobile payments, AI, ML and related financial technologies. * Strong track record of commercial planning, operational excellence and result delivery. * Passion for innovation, financial inclusion, and AI Native digital experiences. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. > > Banglalink Digital Communications is one of Bangladesh’s leading telecom and > digital service providers, committed to transforming the way people connect, > communicate, and innovate.
