Description
Guardio is on a mission to redefine consumer cybersecurity for the modern internet. We operate at consumer scale, protecting millions of people every day across devices, accounts, and digital touchpoints. In a world where phishing, fraud, and AI-powered scams evolve overnight, Guardio stays ahead of the curve. We move fast, think deeply, and build with purpose. Our culture is rooted in transparency, feedback, and collaboration along with shared wins, team dinners, company trips, and good times. We’re a team of 100+ makers, doers, and boundary-breakers. If you’re ready to tackle meaningful challenges, grow at lightning speed, and help shape the next frontier of online safety, you belong here. So, what’s the job? We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven professional to serve as Guardio’s Head of Growth Partnerships. In this role, you’ll take Guardio’s growth partnerships program to the next level - evolving it from seeds of partnerships to major revenue channel built from a broad partner ecosystem of integrations, resellers, and strategic alliances. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable business growth by creating and scaling innovative channels and collaborations that expand Guardio’s global footprint. You will: Develop new and scale existing Guardio’s global partnerships. Build and manage strong, long-term partner relationships, including commercial, legal, and financial aspects, while supporting partners with resources to grow performance. Identify, recruit, and close high-value deals that directly drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Success on joint go-to-market initiatives like co-marketing, integrations, and bundles. Develop scalable onboarding and engagement processes - documentation, training, and assets to empower partners. Define and track KPIs such as partner-driven revenue, conversion rates, installs, and retention; report insights to drive continuous improvement. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring both scalability and compliance. Stay on top of industry trends - monitor competitor programs, new technologies, and ecosystem shifts to refine strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Be hands-on with the tools - sourcing platforms, dashboards, internal tools, and reporting systems - to ensure execution excellence. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: 6+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or affiliate management with partners in the US market (DTC, consumer tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity a plus). Proven track record in building and scaling successful partner ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact. Strategic thinker who also loves rolling up sleeves to execute. Experience defining KPIs and making data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong negotiation skills with commercial and legal awareness. A self-starter who is motivated, entrepreneurial, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Requirements null
