SEEKING HEAD OF GROWTH WITH HANDS-ON LINKEDIN ABM DEMAND GENERATION EXPERIENCE TARGETING MID-MARKET & ENTERPRISE B2B CUSTOMERS.

PRIOR SUCCESS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You must have demonstrable, observable experience of:

  • A proven track record of driving B2B SaaS marketing growth from your own hands-on efforts.
  • Deep strategic expertise and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong background in Account-Based Marketing, with experience in owning successful ABM programs targeting mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS prospects.
  • Experience in developing and executing growth strategies through paid media, organic search & social, and content marketing.
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills, using forecasts and scorecards to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

In this role, reporting to the CEO, you’ll own the agency’s growth strategy & implementation.

  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for revenue commits, with leading indicators of Free Marketing Plan bookings from target account prospects. You’ll set and report on key performance actions and outcomes in a weekly scorecard.
  • Meet or exceed agency growth targets through multi-channel paid media and organic strategies, with significant contributions from LinkedIn Ads and ABM.
  • Increase Powered by Search’s market share in the B2B SaaS sector through industry partnerships and events to drive consistent referral pipeline.
  • Strengthen Powered by Search as a leader in innovative B2B marketing strategies by developing first party benchmarks and data studies, case studies, and industry reports.
