This role involves data-driven decision-making, managing budgets and teams, and using various channels and tools like CRM and marketing automation platforms to oversee the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to long-term loyalty. Key responsibilities Strategy development: Create and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy that focuses on both customer acquisition (bringing in new customers) and retention (keeping existing customers engaged). Campaign Management: Lead overall creative and communication through ad copies and visuals being the best possible representation for campaigns. Keep a pulse on marketplace and user acquisition trends to ensure our marketing activities remain relevant to the consumer and we are constantly optimizing our efforts Performance marketing: Manage and guide paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) to drive profitable growth and manage a marketing budget for maximum ROI. Customer retention: Spearhead initiatives to increase customer lifetime value (CLV), repeat purchase rate, and overall loyalty through personalized campaigns and loyalty programs. Team leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and results. AI & Data-Driven Optimization: Use AI-powered tools to automate campaign targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation. Monitor funnel metrics (applications, approvals, cancellations) and optimize for issued revenue and GP contribution.. CRM and automation: Oversee CRM strategy, including segmentation, automation, and personalization, to boost engagement and revenue. Performance Management: Track campaign ROI, CAC/LTV, and GP contribution. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., performance marketing, product, commercial and operations) to ensure alignment across all customer-facing efforts. In this role, we are looking for someone with: 10+ years of generalist marketing experience; including strong digital marketing and start-up experience ideally in banking, fintech, insurance, or e-commerce. 3+ years of leadership experience, including management of teams Previous experience managing a P&L and strong commercial acumen Strong track record of running multi-channel campaigns (performance, CRM, content, brand, affiliates). Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., predictive targeting, automated bidding, content generation, attribution). Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, CRM dashboards). Excellent cross-functional project management skills — able to work with Commercial, Brand, PR, Product, Tech, Content, and Country teams. Strong analytical mindset; able to link campaign metrics to P&L impact. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence across functions and geographies. Success Metrics: Vertical campaign ROI and contribution to revenue/GP. CAC/LTV improvement and issued conversion rates. Partner satisfaction with campaign execution.
