Description:
At Varjo, we’re pushing the boundaries of immersive experiences. Now, we’re building something truly groundbreaking with our new service, Teleport, that allows anyone to effortlessly create photorealistic virtual recreations of real-world locations, and share them to be explored in virtual reality or 2D.
We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Head of Growth, Teleport to lead the charge in scaling our service to new heights. This is a senior individual contributor role with a heavy focus on user acquisition in Teleport’s product-led growth journey. The person will be a part of Varjo’s global marketing team but in practice work closely with Teleport’s product and engineering teams daily to build and scale the new service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Establish the Core Growth Strategy: Define the overall growth approach, aligned with Teleport’s business objectives, and build the foundation needed to properly execute it.
- Plan and Executive Growth Activities: Lead user acquisition by running multi-channel experimentation across digital marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and beyond.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and data insights to assess day-to-day marketing performance. Optimize growth initiatives using real-time data on user behavior and performance metrics, pivoting and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Shape Product and Content Marketing: Work closely with Varjo’s in-house product and content marketing and the Teleport product and engineering teams to define target audiences and craft compelling messaging that resonates. Ensure that the product’s unique selling points are clear and effectively communicated to the right audiences.
- Manage Budget for Maximum Impact: Take ownership of the Teleport growth budget. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
