You’ll design and own the systems that consistently generate new pipeline, convert high-intent leads into booked meetings, and unlock scale across our go-to-market motion. You'll work directly with the founding team to grow revenue 10x in 24 months, with a mandate to fill the calendar, accelerate deals, and maximize conversion. It’s a senior IC position with high autonomy and cross-functional reach—perfect for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments, is obsessed with growth, and knows how to make systems generate results. 🔥 Your Mission: Create RevenueOwn Pipeline Generation from Click to Close Architect and optimize our GTM systems across HubSpot, outreach automation, and more to ensure new meetings flow daily. Streamline lead management through automation that ensures prospects are immediately identified, routed, and pursued. Leverage data to continuously refine ICPs, segment outreach, and drive the right message to the right person at the right time. Make meeting creation and deal acceleration your core KPIs, optimize the engine to prevent dropped leads and stuck stages. Launch Experiments that Drive Meetings & Deals Deploy outbound campaigns, paid ads, and nurture sequences that directly drive meetings booked and opportunities created. Partner with marketing and sales to test new channels and tactics, then scale what works. Align every growth play to pipeline velocity and revenue impact. Automate the Role, So You Can Scale the Impact Eliminate busywork via lifecycle automation, lead routing, and follow-ups. Connect the stack so that handoffs, sequences, and reporting happen without manual intervention. ✅ You Might Be a Fit If…Skills & Tools HubSpot power user or similar CRM (deal stages, workflows, lead scoring, reporting). Fluent in outbound automation tools (Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, n8n, Make). Experience running paid media and lifecycle marketing Experience 3–5+ years in GTM or Growth roles in a high velocity B2B Business Proven track record of creating meetings, deals, and pipeline through systems and automation.
