About the Team In RevOps we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. You will join a highly motivated, energetic Revenue Operations Team that takes pride in growing customer relationships, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of accounts globally across all segments. You will be in a unique position to have a substantial impact on sales culture and top line and bottom line revenue. About the Role This position is focused on reinventing Miro's entire Go-To-Market (GTM) engine by integrating AI, automation, and human expertise. The goal is not to optimize existing processes but to fundamentally rethink how GTM functions operate to drive deeper customer value and scale globally. This role reports directly to the CRO. This role has a global mandate across all customer segments, including Small, Medium and Enterprise, serving 250,000 customers and 100M users. The leader will own GTM Strategy, Enablement, in close collaboration with Product and Marketing. The scope is comprehensive, covering partners, solution engineering, sales, support, success, renewals, new customer acquisition, and customer education driving both horizontal Miro adoption and vertical-specific solutions. Top Outcomes Reinvent GTM operations using AI to augment human capabilities for higher-value work Engineer proactive customer engagement models using AI agents alongside human teams Create data-driven, end-to-end solutions that drive deeper engagement faster Scale customer value delivery through a balanced application of automation and human expertise What you’ll do Redesign GTM approach from the ground up, rethinking the division between human work and automation Architect the optimal balance between AI agents, automation, and human teams to maximize customer value Analyze performance metrics and system telemetry to identify gaps and engineer effective solutions Drive the adoption strategy across both the horizontal platform and specific vertical solutions Lead the transformation of customer engagement from a reactive to a proactive model What you’ll need We are seeking a strategic thinker who can also "dive in and do." A transformation-minded GTM leader who has both helped reinvent organizations at a top consulting firm and scaled GTM operations at a leading SaaS company. This person will architect Miro's next-generation, AI-augmented GTM engine, balancing automation and human expertise to drive unprecedented customer value at a global scale. The range for this role is $304.000 to $380.000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
