Description
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 4000000 - Rs 6000000 (ie INR 40 - 60 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a GTM expert who can establish strong, lasting connections with BFSI leaders and leverage these relationships to drive revenue growth, uncover new use cases, and forge long-term strategic partnerships. This position is central to our growth strategy: embedding deeply within India’s leading banks and NBFCs, becoming a trusted advisor to their leadership teams, and ensuring Arrowhead becomes an essential partner within every account we engage with. Think of this role as part relationship builder, part revenue enhancer, part BFSI specialist — and fully responsible for positioning Arrowhead as the preferred partner for India’s financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include: 🏦 Cultivating strong relationships with BFSI leaders – establish and maintain senior-level connections (CXOs, business heads, department leaders) across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurance firms. Represent Arrowhead within the BFSI community. 🏢 Establishing an onsite presence at client locations – spend meaningful time at client offices, gain a deep understanding of their operations, integrate yourself and the team into their workflows, and become a trusted extension of their staff. 🎪 Planning and leading industry events – organize and host roundtables, executive dinners, panel discussions, and client-only events that showcase Arrowhead’s thought leadership and create valuable engagement opportunities with BFSI decision-makers. 📈 Growing existing client contracts – discover and activate additional use cases, departments, and lines of business within current accounts. Transform clients with single-use cases into multi-use-case, enterprise-wide partnerships. 💰 Identifying and pursuing new revenue avenues within accounts – comprehensively assess each client relationship, uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and develop account strategies that drive sustained revenue growth. 👥 Building and leading the team – recruit, mentor, and manage our Sales and Customer Success teams to consistently achieve targets and expand accounts. 💸 Owning revenue targets – set challenging yet attainable goals, enforce pipeline discipline, and secure strong conversion rates throughout the sales funnel. ✨ Developing the GTM playbook – implement and refine strategies encompassing relationship-driven outbound outreach, executive events, referral networks, play-based demos, and ongoing optimizations. 🤝 Managing partnerships – design and lead partnership initiatives that amplify our reach across the BFSI ecosystem. 🌱 Driving land and expand strategies – ensure customers realize value quickly, promote adoption across multiple use cases, and cultivate accounts into long-term, growing relationships. This role demands high ownership and operates at a fast pace. If you excel at engaging with senior banking executives, enjoy converting relationships into revenue, and thrive on winning within accounts, we want to hear from you.
