• Inspire, engage, and lead a cultural transformation toward a proactive, empowered HSE culture across all levels of our plant
• Create and deliver training and awareness programs that spark action and ownership in safety, environmental responsibility, and energy efficiency
• Lead initiatives to drive Zero Accidents — protecting the wellbeing of every person on site
• Analyze incidents with a strong focus on learning and prevention, driving meaningful root cause analyses and lasting improvements
• Shape the design and implementation of safe and sustainable solutions for new processes and projects
• Develop and lead initiatives to significantly reduce our environmental footprint, including waste, water use, and emissions
• Champion energy efficiency projects that contribute to our journey toward carbon neutrality
• Continuously improve our HSE management system, ensuring transparency and excellence in reporting and compliance
• Build a network of best practices and foster knowledge-sharing across teams and the wider organization
• Be a visible, trusted, and approachable HSE leader, helping to create a workplace where every person feels empowered to make a difference
