Working out of the Durrington Head Office and in the field, you will lead the way in establishing and maintaining the highest Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards.
As the Head of HSQE, you will bring ideas, passion and energy, and have the ability to inspire and guide your team of Health & Safety Advisors and Business Systems and Compliance Manager to succeed in delivering quality advice, guidance and coaching, measured by key metrics and standards.
Position: Head of Health, Safety, Quality & Environment
Location: based out of Crawley Depot (Crawley, West Sussex), plus travel around our network including Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and Isle of Wight
Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, plus Senior Leadership Team on-call rota
Salary: Competitive, depending upon experience (plus company car)
